We will guide you either one on one or in a small group through the course using videos and handouts to help you gain a deeper understanding on your child’s needs and behaviours.
Circle of Security™

Description:
The Circle of Security program provides a pathway for providing a secure relationship between parent & child.
The program includes 8 face to face or via zoom sessions and will:
– Help you understand your child’s emotional world
– Support your child in managing these emotions
– Help your child feel more secure, so you feel more connected and calmer.
Tuning into Kids™
Duration:
6 Weeks Program
Costs:
$199 (Individual cost)
Description:
Tuning into kids is a program designed for children from 3-11years and their families. We believe that when the parent or caregiver learns to attend and manage their child’s difficult emotion and behaviours, then the child will learn new skills on self-regulation.
The program includes 6 face to face or via zoom sessions and will help you as a parent to become more emotionally responsive to your child.
